Me: Captain America: Civil War is a complex movie that even when we get more information probably won’t be as simple as this side or that. We can look on the outside of things without the pressure from multiple sides forcing us into a decision, so we can’t really say if Tony’s or Steve’s reaction to things is best, especially before the movie is out.
