I am thankful for ghosts, the moon, magic, monsters, black hearted wonders, the void, mermaids and sea nymphs and water elementals and every shattered thing that swims, for dryads and sprites and will-o-wisps and everything that haunts, for jack-o-lanterns and legends and cryptids, for forests and secrets, for wands and staves and magic rings and the infinite nature of the Netherworld and its amazing roster of things that doom and creatures that devour.
